What are some causes of low blood pressure?
And how can I bring my blood pressure back up to normal?
no you read it correctly its 60/80
sorry that is 80/60, i was a little confused
I would like to add that this low blood pressure is accompanied by dizziness, especially upon standing up, fatigue, and other feelings of weakness.

My mom is in the hospital. Some of her symptoms include:
-Kidney Failure
-HIGH blood pressure
-Severe Pain
-Confusion
-Shakiness

I wouls really like it if someone could answer this question… Thank you.

What causes high blood pressure while pregnant?

What causes low blood pressure ? and what to do if a have it?

I am just curious what can cause my blood pressure to change over night? It went from being very low to normal. Thanks

My mum suffers from hypertension and she is on alternative medicine and Yoga, which has helped to control the blood pressure to quite an extent. But since yesterday, she is complaining of spiining of head when she gets up from bed. I assume her blood pressue is risen now hennce asked her to rest and just lie on bed. I have also given her the allopathic medicine ( amlong – a) for it. But the situation hasnt improved.
It’s very early in the morning yet and the docs could be contacted only after few hours. Can anyone help me how to deal with this situation. She is 47 years old.

I am 20 week pregnant and this morning the nurse told me that I have high blood pressure and she asked me why and I could not give her an answere cause I have no Idea what causes high blood pressure. I also have never actually had a blood pressure problem? So is it bad to have high BP? Please Im desprate to know?

Why would your blood pressure read 20 higher on your right arm versus your left

My nurse today checked my blood pressure and it was cosiderably low. Just below the average though, not servere! I would like to know, what can I do to perhaps raise it a bit (I feel tired all the time etc) and what are the causes of blood pressure (I could do the opposite of these causes to perhaps increase my blood pressure).
Help appreciated! thanks! : )

What other causes are there?

I am 74 years old, mildly overweight, don’t smoke or drink, eat extremely healthfully, get sufficient restful sleep, take no medications, am always busy reading, studying, etc. I know I have the "white coat syndrome" because my blood pressure goes over 180/95+ in the doctor’s office, so I got a portable blood pressure machine that has a wrist cuff and take my pressure eight or ten times a day. It can be anywhere from 185/95 to 132/75 and is never ever constant. I have tried breathing exercises which seem helpful. I do not want to take any medicines. I tried going off caffeine and salt for a couple of weeks, but that doesn’t matter—still fluctuates wildly. I would otherwise consider myself in very good health.

What foods/medicines etc cause blood pressure to rise?

What can cause protein in urine?

I had 2+ on a urine test and my blood pressure is higher then usual. I’m 38 weeks pregnant and I know that these are symptoms of preeclampsia. What I’m looking for are non-obvious reasons for protein to be in urine + blood pressure to rise. I have heard caffeine can make blood pressure go up. Anything else anyone can think of? Can eating a lot of protein cause protein in urine?

Don’t tell me to go to the doctor because I did. I’m working with my doctor. I just want more opinions. =)

I have a seriously ill family member who is currently experiencing his blood pressure rising to dangerous levels when he gets up which causes blackouts. Does anyone know what causes a rise in blood pressure when you get up he currently just had a MRI but I would like to know where to look on the net. Most things state that your blood pressure drops when rising.

Thanks alot!
Thanks for your answer but that is why I am having problems searching for this everyone is assuming that it is low. He blackouts and his pressure is tested and it is rising drastically.
