Garlic Is Excellent For Lowering Blood Pressure And Cholesterol. You May Boil It And Drink It Or Use Garlic Capsules. You Should Be Careful If You Are On Blood Thinners. Parsley Is A Natural Diuretic Which Can Help. Ginger Works Also. Diet And Exercise Does Play A Big Part In Lowering Pressure.
high blood pressure may be due to high salt and carbohydrates intake including fatty foods.add more fibrous foods on your diet like vegetables ande selected fruits.if it continues there are other reasons why your bklood pressure is still high.try the green tea and other detoxifying herbs that may not bring side effects on you.
Cut back on/quit smoking if you smoke.
Reduce your fat intake (too much fat equals too much plaque in the arteries).

There is no medicine.
I treat it with SHREE SWASTHYAYOG, but how can you manage pl see.
Avoid late sleeping if possible; worry, spicy foods, stale bakery foods, OVEREATING and alcohole.
Sweet foods, COCOANUT WATER,sweet fruits, milk, rice, SPROUTS, SALADS and good sleep will help you.

1000 mg of odorless garlic. You have to be careful you take to many and your blood pressure will be to low. Read the label.
