does exercise still lower blood pressure if a person is not already overweight?
I’ve read everywhere that exercise can help lower your blood pressure because it will help you lose weight. I’m already skinny and won’t lose anymore weight when exercising. Will it still help lower my blood pressure? In other words does exercise lower blood pressure ONLY because it lowers weight? Or are there other reasons/factors?

Yes, it will lower your blood pressure, but don’t overdo any physical. Walking and eating less will help you retain your normal BP.
Avoid all risk factor simply walk and walk.OK.
Well I guess one of the factors – is a good phisical shape.. But I guess exercise is not enough. Also you shoud watch your diet even if you are skinny…
yes, this has happened with extremely obese people. one obese person can lose a total of 300 lbs. this man was 500lbs. at 6 ft. and was 200lbs after some time on a diet.
