Good weight loss supplement?
I’m looking for a good weight loss supplement to start taking to help me lean out. I’ve used Slimming Formula before in the past (from beachbody) and it seemed to help a bit, but was checking to see if there is anything else more effective.
Note: I’m 23, have had 2 open heart surgeries and take daily medication for blood pressure. So I can’t take anything that could potentially raise my blood pressure like creatine, ripfuel etc…
Any Ideas?

diet pills do not help anything but cost money thats not gonna help. just do it easy. It took you a long time to gain the weight it will take you time to shed the pounds. All you have to do is take out all the sweets and sugar and chips and soda out of your diet. Drink more water. 8 glasses a day. Get more active. Eat more fruits and veggies. Eat small meals 5-6 times a day. Do not eat after 7pm. And if you really need a snack have low fat jello or more fruit and veggies. One time a month single yourself to like ice cream or chocolate. Whey protein isolate would be a great supplement for fat loss. Have 2 scoops of whey protein with milk shake or fruit juice without any fats or oils. Creatine and glutamine are not neccessary.
