Have you ever watched Dr. Oz? Lots of people go on there with high blood pressure and Dr. Oz makes them change their way of eating, including a lot of fruits and veggies and cutting out all processed foods. You have to cook at home instead of eating out and take your own snacks with your when you go out instead of stopping at Mcdonalds. Change what oils you use. Use olive oil in place of butter or margarine. Exercise. These people on the show do all these things and are brought back later to the show and their blood pressure is always normal or at least improved drastically.
Yes, there are wonderful remedies in homoeopathy for curing high blood pressure. The selection can be done only by a Homoeopath. Contact one.
No. Homeopathy has effect beyond placebo. It’s bunk.
If your GP is struggling to control your BP, ask to be referred to a hypertension clinic so they can sort out your medication. Regardless of medication, you need to make lifestyle adjustments too- so lose weight if you are overweight, reducing sodium in the diet is rational advice, but studies supporting it are conflicting, stop smoking if you smoke, reduce alcohol consumption and exercise. Have secondary causes been excluded?

EDIT
No, Dr. Oz is a crank. He should have stuck to his area of Cardiothoracic surgery. It makes me cringe the way he sits there on Ophra in his scrubs (not sure why you Americans like that show so much), exerting his authority. He frequently promotes implausible interventions with full credulous conviction, ghastly man.
Homeopathy is a well known scam that makes money by providing false hope to the desperate. Any homeopath will fall over themselves to sell you sugar pills and fake potions in return for your cash.
Homeopaths are rarely doctors, are mainly people who have little or no medical knowledge, but pretend they can diagnose and treat illness.
Give these scammers and their snake oil a wide berth.
As already mentioned, homeopathy is placebo treatment only. It contains zero active ingredients. Most people are shocked when they discover this.
Why don’t you look at the DASH diet? Its clinically proven to lower blood pressure:
