High Blood Pressure Questions!?
I heard that high blood pressure can be controlled, but it could never be cured. I have high blood pressure, so does this mean that I’m always gonna live with possible health problems?? Oh, and I heard that high blood pressure can cause a stroke, heart failure, heart attack, and kidney failure. If you have high blood pressure, is it 100% for sure that you’ll end up having health problems?? Or does high blood pressure only put you at risk for health problems??

Nothing is 100%. The better you control your blood pressure over the course of your life, the more you lessen the risks associated with high blood pressure. A healthy diet, low in salt, fats, and processed foods, and daily moderate exercise go a long way towards controlling it. It’s just healthy living and taking care of yourself like we’re all supposed to do anyway.
No need to stress. Just get your habits in order and get that blood pressure down. The link is to a guide on lowering blood pressure.
High Bp means you are more likely to suffer the problems you list. High Bp is normally an occurence from your lifestyle.
most important to make changes…………….
As an EMT I can tell you that the "average" Bp is 120/60. Which most people fall a little over or below the "average". Your Bp can be controlled by diet and exercise. Also limit the amount of stress you put on yourself. High blood pressure can cause Stoke or even a mydo cardial infarction. But just because you have high Bp doesn’t mean you will end up sick?
When you say High Bp do you mean 180/90 or 210/60?
