home remedies for high blood pressure while pregnant??
i dont have preeclampsia or nothing i just have high blood pressure. i need home remedies. i am 7 months pregnant

Obviously less salt & more rest esp in the LLP,but you should see ur ob ASAP since things move up pretty fast in pregnancy.So meet him/her and then RELAX.
that high blood pressure could cause pre-eclampsia at any time…you need to be discussing this with your obstetrician.
I guess the most obvious answer would be NO SALT. Otherwise, ask your doctor. Good luck, hon.
It is not smart to experiment with home remedies when you are 7 months pregnant. Go see your doctor.
