Unless he is a bum… then prove that it’s ruining his life by reminding him that he doesn’t have a job and is doing nothing with his life
Just talk to him about your feelings. Maybe tell him that you don’t like how he acts when he’s been smoking or that you worry about what could happen if he gets caught (by the police or something). If he’s set on not quitting then there might not be anything you can do, it’s his life.
Is there any point being with him with that attitude ? Remember, that whatever happens to him down the track, you too will be dragged into it.
