How can I raise my blood pressure a little?
I am at 115 over 65 and am experiencing vertigo when changing
from lying down to getting up and vice versa. Blood work shows everything to be near perfect as well as urine analysis. Have read that low blood pressure can effect organs in particular thyroid gland. Recently moved into tent with the following treatment of canvas: 12% decabromodiphenyl oxide, 6% antimony trioxide, .2% 2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one. There is a new smell but only the dust is considered toxic during automation. I am 57, drink very little, don’t smoke, but like pot and Don’t like being dizzy. ???

Eat salty foods and caffeinated drinks. Salt retains fluid, and caffeine increases heart rate. Combined they should raise your bp.
115/65 is a good bp though. That’s a very ideal blood pressure.
You should try changing positions slowly. In the morning sit up and dangle feet over the bed. 30 seconds should be long enough, but only you will know. Then rise from bed. That should help reduce or even prevent ou from feeling dizzy.
