"High Blood Pressure" is a myth, (apart from pre-eclampsia,). It exists only in the minds of doctors. We all develop pretty well the same pressure within our hearts, to drive the required amount of blood round our systems.
So what are you taking pills for?
It’s the pills that are making you tired, listless, and feeling awful. -Especially beta-blockers (look up the side-effects).
Just stop taking them (slowly, -not suddenly, if they’re beta-blockers) and forget about your so-called "blood -pressure". How many Stone Age people died of hypertension? How many in the 20th Century?
If you look up "Dr. P.J. Deveraux" in Google (Canada) you’ll see he estimates about 800,000 people have been killed by beta blockers in post-op. cardiac patients.
Hi,
