All anti-coagulents help by thinning the blood: Aspirin etc. But you might have other complications, it’s not wise to self medicate without a full picture of what’s going on.
i guess like bayer and things like that……
also, you can change your diet and not eat a lot of sodium
i only know meds that will lower BP but you can eat foods low in sodium (salt free), exercise, loose weight and lower stress levels. all will help
There are no drugs that are approved to lower blood pressure that are over the counter. Low dose aspirin can help thin the blood but this overall will NOT help lower blood pressure. The best thing to do is to get on some blood pressure medication, there are several different blood pressure medications and many are very cheap and have little side effects. Hope this helps!

Hawthorne berry is a great way to improve blood circulation. Even bodybuilders use it to enhance their workouts.
Capsicum pepper is very popular right now. There was a recent article in the New Engand Journal of Medicine about how the people of Thailand have virtually no problems with blood clotting because this pepper is a staple of their diet.
Garlic is also great for heart health. There are tons of studies that confirm its effectiveness at reducing hardening of the arteries.
You can try these herbs separately, or you can buy a multi-herbal supplement, such as Hyperzosin. Hyperzosin is probably the leading natural remedy for high blood pressure. It’s even been profiled on Oprah and 60 Minutes.
