I have a question about memory loss, could you help please?
Normally I can do decent size math problems and formulas and such in my head but once I am doing a test, its like pressure is building. Like a blood clot in my brain blocking important information. Its right in the center where both halves connect. I keep thinking, the pressure builds, then I get a headache. I just don’t understand. I am smart (my friends say) except when I do tests. Whats wrong with me?

Do you have any other physical symptoms like uncoordinated etc? Or is it just your memory that your noticing? Your not slow?
Testing is stressful for us all. Some cant handle the stress. To avoid this it will mean a lot of practice writing sample tests. There are some good procedures to approach a test sheet when is sits in front of you full of anger and power over your mind. First quickly scan and mark the easy questions and the very hard questions. Next do the easy ones first as your memory recall starts to kick in. Last of all tackle the hard questions. By then your mind may have some good surprises for you. During review for the test fill up five or six 5 by 3 cards with essential hard to memorize formula. Review them five minutes before going into the test site.
