I normally have low blood pressure. I have four children. My mother had normally low blood pressure too. I think if it was a concern your doctor would of said something to you when you were in their office. Tired is a normal reaction to pregnancy. I am not sure what your dizziness is from. That could be an inner ear infection or something as simple as standing up to fast. Make sure you take all your prenatal vitamins. If you have any concerns check with your doctor.
Low blood pressure during pregnancy is common and not nearly as dangerous as high blood pressure. I recall my wife’s pressure being about 90/60 a couple times. Feeling tired is also common with pregnancy.
Being dizzy is a little more concerning, not so much because of the dizziness itself, but because falling could injure you and/or your baby. While the dizziness can simply be a result of your low blood pressure, discuss this with your physician.
Call your doctor’s office and ask that specific question. Remember that this is about two lives and not just one, and you don’t want to be taking chances with anything but qualified medical advice.
Don’t let anyone try to tell you that this can;t be dangerous. Blood flow needs blood pressure, and without blood flow, your baby isn’t getting the nourishment that it needs. Further, low blood pressure can cause you to collapse at any time and in any place.
Tired is the baby dizzy too. You just need sleep so the baby can grow. You are not a machine.
Avoid spicy and oily food. Have a lot of fresh fruits & sprouts. Be cheerful and dont get excited. Go to the doctor for regular checkups. dont think too much.
your obgyn should adress all this w/you
I would suggest you consult a doctor – please avoid self medication at this juncture and don’t take advice from people who are not professionals unless they happen to be some home remedies.
