In a recent Medical examination, high blood pressure (Diastolic) was detected.?

My blood pressure varied from DIASTOLIC 85 – 120 and SYSTOLIC 125 – 160. These values were noted within a month. My age is 27 yrs, Height 178 cm, Weight 84 kg. Further i got a comprehensive blood and urine tests which showed following abnormalities:

1)TSH : 17.98 µIU/ml
2)BILIRUBIN (INDIRECT) : 0.95 mg/dL
3)ALANINE TRANSAMINASE (SGPT) : 45.50 u/L
4)TRIGLYCERIDES : 232.10 mg%
5)VLDL CHOLESTROL : 46.42 mg%
6)LDL/HDL Ratio : 1.21
7)HEMOGRAM report says : MACROCYTOSIS

Can anyone guide me weather the problem is serious one. Should i go for Allopathy or Ayurveda for permanent cure. I wish to undergo some natural treatment.
