Death.
usually diet and exercise can do it. unless you are just one of the unlucky ones who got it from genetics. then you need medication for the rest of your life. for example lisinopril and hydrochlorothiazide.
but you should really reduce your salt intake if you have high blood pressure. that helps a lot
It depends on the person. Some people have a genetic inclination towards the condition, with others it can be change in diet and exercise. I had the condition for a few years and had to take medication but now I don’t. Sometimes I might have fluctuations when I go to the doctor but once I relax it goes down. With me it wasn’t weight because when I was diagnosed I was 40lbs lighter than I am now and I have it more under control. Its a strange and mysterious condition.
If you can call lifestyle changes a cure, yes.
Healthy diet, weight, and exercise. No bad habits like smoking or illegal drugs or alcohol. Be happy, and keep stress far away.
Yes there are. Diet and exercise are the best ways to reduce blood pressure. Although if your blood pressure is dangerously high then you might consider medication prescribed by your doctor as a short term solution. Best to consult a nutritionist. You should be able to find one at a local health center.
