My heart rate runs over 124 when I attempt to lift weights in thearpy treatment. What are my risk?
I have an enlarged heart from 15 years of uncontrolled blood pressure. Give advise please.

I’m not a doctor, by any means. However, I am just going to tell you what my husband’s cardiac surgeon said about lifting weights. Nobody should be lifting very heavy weights – not even young healthy people. He said he has seen 18 year olds with a dissecting aneurysm (like John Ritter), from the elevated blood pressure that resulted from lifting very heavy weights at the gym. I know this is not exactly what you asked, however, I just wanted to share this with you.
