PLEASE PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ALGEBRA HELP?
systolic blood pressure, the higher number in a blood pressure reading, is measured as your heart muscle contracts. The formula
P<1/2a + 110 gives the normal systolic blood pressure P based on age a
*Find your normal systolic blood pressure
*At age 20, does 120 represent Maximum or minimum systolic pressure? Explain
*A blood pressure reading higher than the normal indicates a possible need for a change in lifestyle or for special medication. Research some lifestyle changes that can help reduce hi blood pressure.

Filed under: how to lower blood pressure
First, plug 20 in for a in the equation, and solve for P.
P<1/2(20)+110
P<10+110
P<120
So, the normal systolic blood pressure for somebody who is age 20 would be <120. Because the normal amount must be LESS then 20, 120 must be the maximum.
As for the others, I’m sure you can find them better then I can. =]
