High blood pressure seldom produces any symptoms, rarely even the classically assumed headaches, except at very high and very dangerous levels. It is now believed that in most patients who presented with headaches and happened to have raised BP noted this was little more than a coincidence.
One of the reasons that treatment for hypertension needs to be clearly established and the diagnosis absolutely confirmed either by up to 6 months of monitoring or 24 trace analysis, is that many of the treatments make the otherwise well patient feel unwell. Many of the drugs can produce impotence and many result in postural symptoms.
For these reasons it is important that you establish whether you have a real problem or an imagined one.If your BP is in fact elevated, but you fall short of having a BP issue short of the diagnosis of hypertension, then being no more than your ideal weight, taking regular vigorous exercise and reducing salt, may all reduce your pressure and avoid you moving into the range of patients that do require pharmacology. Once reached medication is usually unavoidable.

You take some vitamin C, E and grape seed extract. Grape seed extract, which is already known to have a wealth of health benefits, contains high concentrations of polyphenols, potent antioxidants that naturally increase the dilation (widening) of blood vessels. This dilation naturally increases blood flow while decreasing blood pressure (Siva B et al 2006).
Also you can take some garlic pills or just eat garlic. Pomegranate extract and I would take this one alone because from my experience Ive had major headaches when Ive taken this with other vitamins. Just take it by itself for 30min-hr and take the other vitamins.
Soy and tofu also can help. Soy is a high-protein, low-fat food derived from soybean. Protein comprises nearly half its calories, and carbohydrate and fat roughly equal the other half. Soy holds only a trace amount of saturated fat and no cholesterol. In search of a natural approach to treating high blood pressure, a recent study addressed the effects of increased dietary soy protein on blood pressure. Researchers confirmed previous studies that showed higher intake of vegetable protein lowers blood pressure (He J et al 2005).
The DASH diet (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) is a diet promoted by the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (part of the NIH, a United States government organisation) to control hypertension. A major feature of the plan is limiting intake of sodium, and it also generally encourages the consumption of nuts, whole grains, fish, poultry, fruits and vegetables while lowering the consumption of red meats, sweets, and sugar. It is also "rich in potassium, magnesium, and calcium, as well as protein and fiber.
High blood pressure is uncommon in young people and we always try hard to find an underlying cause. Why didn’t you seek medical attention if your BP was questionable? Sometimes hormone or kidney problems can cause hypertension. Also, failure to control high blood pressure can cause damage to the body.
First thing you need to do is see your GP and find out if your blood pressure is actually too high. He’ll want to do a 24 hour recording. If you are in treatment range then you really should take anti-hypertensive medication.
With regards to natural cures. Unfortunately no sCAM (complimentary alternative medicine) has proven effective in lowering blood pressure. You could try life style changes, for many people this helps. If you are overweight then lose weight, if you smoke then quit smoking, limit alcohol consumption and exercise. It’s also a good idea to reduce (not exclude) sodium in the diet.
(sorry sweetie, I didn’t see your answer there x)
I usually recommend natural therapy for high blood pressure. See http://natural-pressure.blogspot.com/
It’s free & they don’t sell you nothing.
