My dad is a really heavy smoker, he almost always has been. He goes out for a smoke almost every other hour. My mom got him to stop once, but then we drove cross-country 3 years ago, and he went out for a smoke he said it was "just one, its no big deal" but he has been since, and he is already showing signs of lung cancer.
