I have a mental addiction to cigarettes. I can go home, and not have one, go on vacation for upwards of a week and not crave one at all, go out drinking and not want one at all… However, when I get to work, at my non-stress related job, which I love as much as one can love his job… I absolutely must have a cig… How do I get over this? I want to stop completely.
I currently smoke about 2 packs of cigerettes a day. I"m 30 and have neen smoking heavy for about 5 years and overall for about 12 years.. I want to stop smoking, but im going thru a period of anxiety and new jobs and other stresses, and would like know a proven way or suppliment to help me with letting the cig’s go

I’ve been smoking cigarettes when drinking for the past year. I will have from one cig to waking up and having no cigs left. I will occasionally smoke a cig when sober to relieve stress or to be social. Whats the best way to limit yourself from any cigarettes when you are drinking? Lately I’ve been trying to not smoke at all when drinking, but have been getting cravings. No haters please. Thank you in advance.
