I initially get this info from this very Yahoo Answer, thank you Yahoo !
In addition to celery, I found so many other links. However my initial experience insisted me to stay on this one lead and hopefully this will eventually be my solution.
Here is a blog I replied today on this subject:

I am surprised this entire page never mention “celery” although I found this link through Yahoo search for "celery and high blood pressure".
Recently, I had the same situation Jan described at the beginning of her blog and I found the mentions about celery in the Yahoo Answer.
I found exactly Jan said, that the 40 mg prescription does not work while the celery drinks appears gave very quick results. For several weeks, I though this may be the random variations of coincident. Today, I decide to take a written log on the celery effect:
celery drink: celery, banana, honey, lemon juice, sugar

This is a raw data, I need to do more measurements. Meanwhile, if some of you had good experiences, please share with us. It is very clear, home remedy approach is definitely better than doctor’s office. It may not be true for all the other home remedies, but, for this high blood pressure thing, this should not be ignored and should be make public to let all to know.
