I need a smoking medicine that works very well and doesn’t have alot of side effects. I took Chantix but at the second week when you have to take two, I can’t fall asleep so please help!!!!!!
I have tried elevating the legs but this isn’t always possible especially at work. Have a stent in the left coronary artery; on blood pressure medicine and aspirin regimen. Also bipolar disorder recently diagnosed. Taking Lithium and Risperdal. Also taking famotidine for stomach pain. Just worried that the edema is cardiac related and worry about Congestive Heart Failure. Heart problems are very predominant in family history.
the dr wrote a perscription for buproban witch is zyban, it worked but it was driving me crazy, like having suacidal thoughts i stop that medicine now im fine, ive tryed gum patches, i mean there has got to be some help out there some where to stop this nicotine craving, please help me to now the easiest and quickest way to stop smoking.

information required very urgently.
case history:
male, age 48
history of prolonged high diabetes now well under control.
history high blood pressure, still not coming under control.
recently in past 4-5 months the serum creatinine is jumping, from 1.9 to 5.
diabetes now is controlled but b.p. is not coming don stays around 110/180. because of hi cretnine value dr. says they don’t have much choice for controlling b.p. sonography docent show much enlargement. creatinine going hi so dr. wants to do biopsy of kidney but cant proceed because of hi b.p.
its utter confusion & creatinine going up by day.
is this basically a nephritis or so cause of some other diseases or condition.
please suggest cause & treatment. very urgent.
case is in mumbai. India.
any alternative medicine or treatment welcome.

i had twin girls on june 5, 2008. when i was 34 weeks pregnant i was diagnosed with pregnancy induced hypertension. well, yesterday i went to the doctor and i found out that now i have high blood pressure and i was put on medication. i was reading the warnings about the medicine and it said that it was fatal to fetuses. we want another child in a couple years, so naturally i am worried. since i will be off of the medicine, what are the risks and complications of a pregnancy that starts off with high blood pressure? thanks.

My blood pressure is normally about 150-160 over 90. I am a highly stressed person all the time. I have bad anxiety alot. But once my infertility doctor sees how high my blood pressure is, will he not let me continue with the treatment to be able to have kids? My mum suffers from hypertension and she is on alternative medicine and Yoga, which has helped to control the blood pressure to quite an extent. But since yesterday, she is complaining of spiining of head when she gets up from bed. I assume her blood pressue is risen now hennce asked her to rest and just lie on bed. I have also given her the allopathic medicine ( amlong – a) for it. But the situation hasnt improved.
