My iron is crazy low,
and all I want to do it sleep.
I’ve been taking supplements, like 300%+
I don’t remember..
But it’s just not helping much.
I had it pretty much under control,
but I took a Plan B, and it reeally threw me off kilter.
I also have really, really, really low blood pressure.
So, help me out?

I want to lose weight and lower my blood pressure but I don’t want to use those expensive supplements they always are advertising.
Its been years that I have been looking for a remedy to cure my poor sleep patterns. I have tried so many different medications, none of which have worked…. In the last few months, I have noticed whenever I have tried an herb that helps blood circulation(such as ginger or cayenne peper pills) or drink wine at night, or excersice really hard during the day(such as yoga or 1 hour or more cardio) I sleep deep and feel rested in the morning…. well, the common denaminator of all that is working is improving my blood circulation…. I have always had very low blood pressure…anyways, I am looking for recommendation on other remedies that can help blood circulation(since wine, ginger, cayenne peper all give me stomach problems)…….. can u recommend other vitamins or supplements that don’t effect the digestive tracks yet promote blood circulation the same way as the herbs mentions???? THANK U! 
Can anybody suggest any other natural remedies (besides the usual diet, exercise, low sodium, etc). I know those, am looking for herbs, supplements, things like that.
My boyfriend has high blood pressure and does not want to have to take all kinds of medicine to lower it. I have looked up natural remedies and found about a million suggestions so far….my question is this….does anyone know of ONE "blend" or formula of natural herbs/vitamins that will help lower his BP without buying 50 different bottles of supplements? Any help or suggestions on this matter would be greatly appreciated!
I have been working on a project for the past year experimenting with different drugs, chemicals, supplements, herbs, foods, exercises, sleep patterns etc. to come up with a solution to cure people of the ailments of depression, anxiety, lack of energy, irritability, and stress. I have a fairly good formula that works really well yet it increases blood pressure due to a higher adrenaline rate than normal. (The adrenaline is to give people energy). This includes a couple of foods, 2 drug pills, 2 supplements, a multivitamin, a certain amount of sleep per day, and a little exercise. Basically, you feel really great, things that aren’t so enjoyable are not so bad and things you somewhat enjoyed before, you really enjoy now. In addition the energy level is high, temptation to do bad things is low (because you are already happy) and you are more social and friendly b/c you are happy. Is it possible to take certain foods, supplements, or drugs to lower the blood pressure yet keep
adrenaline levels a little higher than normal?
My husband has been on Lisinopril for a couple of years. They cut him down to 1/2 a dose after he suffered dry cough, loss of Libido and joint pain. We have his BP under control with supplements of Omega 3, flax oil, EPA, TMG etc. We hope that he will come off of the meds very soon. My question is, how soon should the side effects subside?

I am not looking for an easy way out. I am looking for alternative ways to lower my blood pressure besides being put on medication. It does not mean I am not willing to diet and it does not mean that I don’t excercise. It means that I don’t want to be on hbp meds.
