Garlic supposedly lowers blood pressure naturally. If you don’t eat a lot of it, they do sell garlic pills (in the vitamin and supplement section of your local drug store) that you can take. Also, lower or cut out your salt (sodium) intake.
Meditating, practicing yoga or other forms of relaxation can help to reduce blood pressure if it is elevated due to stress.

If you think you have high blood pressure, ask to have 24 hour monitoring done and it will show for sure. You may have only elevated BP when you are at the DR (I do, the dr stresses me out)
just read up on flaxseed oil….it is said to lower blood pressure,also fenugreek tea…take some time to read up on them and then decide if they are for you…also if you are already on meds ask a doctor first before starting either…I didn’t and my blood pressure on the tea and pills had me having dizzy spells that scared the crap out of me
Meditation or some breathing technique to relieve negative
energy(Art of Living- course) may help u to control ur blood pressure(pulse).
