High blood pressure is a result of being nutrient deficient.
The first thing I would do is not stop taking the medication your doctor has recommended because he is monitoring you. I would then go to: http://www.healthline.cc (not .com) and order the Heart nano detox and take as prescribed. This will typically lower your blood pressure about 30 points within a few weeks. I would work with your doctor to monitor you during this time. The Heart nano detox will not be a problem in regard to working against any medication.
The nutritional deficiencies causing the high blood pressure is usually mineral deficiencies. I would strongly suggest you get on the "super food trio" offered by the same company and take lots of that. This will put good nutrients into your body.
Diets high in carbs and low in fat contribute to this problem. Go to: http://www.westonaprice.org and read the information there.
good luck to you
How do you know you are dieing, or do you mean that you are coloring your hair?
Lots of people have high blood pressure and they aren’t dieing.
High blood pressure can be caused from lots of things, and it’s different for each person (even though the nutritionists say it’s the same for everyone). A lot of times it’s caused from the little stresses of life (getting frustrated, angry, etc.), could be from dirnking too much liquid, could be from the rich and greasy foods people eat, etc. And, not all of the fixes work for everyone either. Some say if you eat garlic it will bring down the BP (well it hasn’t brought down my BP, all it does is make friends go away). Some say it’s from too much caffeine (which is not the case for me). But the one thing that works to bring down the BP (in most cases) are the pills the doctors prescribes. Now I don’t like the pills because eventually they will ruin your liver, so I’ve changed to a vegetarian diet. But still I see that "stress", "frustration", "anger", "too much liquid", "too many fatty foods", and heredity makes it rise. They say loss of weight helps.
Lose weight.
Losing weight (if you’re over weight), and exercising may help. But, of course, you should see a doctor. You may need medications.
The best of luck to you.
Take the drugs and eat the steak. Enjoy life.
I take Zocor 40mg tabs. went from 180/110 to 120/80 in a week.
If your BP is very high and you are experiencing symptoms go to the emergency room! Otherwise see a doctor.
There is no "cure" for hypertension. Diet, exercise, and medication all play a role in the management.
