Well……I don’t know the best way to stop smoking. I have for years. I can give up drinking and other things but have yet been able to stop smoking. I have been told cold turkey is the best way. Just throw them away….
I would think it would be easier to stop thinking of girls…ha ha

When I quit smoking I took up running. It helped get my mind off of it and it made me remember why I wanted to quit. As far as thinking about gilrs, I wouldn’t know because I am one. I still think about sex though, but I don’t smoke afterwards! lol
dont buy cigarettes. Join a monastery, otherwise the girls will always be on your mind.

The best way to quit smoking is to quit cold turkey. It’s hard for the first week then gets easier after that. Everytime you get the urge chew gum. It helps. Why would you want to forget about girls? We are men, there is no way you can’t stop thinking about women. It’s impossible.

Smoking is easy, I just quit… thre a cig halfway through it and decided I didn’t wanna do it anymore. And no, not a lightwieght – many many years, 1.5 – 4 packs a day, no lights or anything. But girls… no quitting there.

the best way to stop smoking is to buy a couple packs of cigarettes and smoke all of them one after another untill you feel too sick to smoke any more. i’ve heard that if you do this infront of a mirror it works even better cause you can see youself getting sick. as for the girls… im not sure. get a girlfriend??

They are both hard exspecially if you smoked for a long time. there is the patch, gums, hipnotisis, and pills, but you have to really want to quit smoking in order for them to work. good luck
