What is the best way to stop smoking pot?
I have been smoking pot for as long as i can remember on a daily basis and have now decided i want to leave a clean and sober life but i just cant get the feeling outta my head that i want to get high especially on a day like today when everything is going wrong i don’t want to go to addac i have tried that before and just met more people to get high with
it is so weard i am having so much trouble getting off pot i was addicted to meth for 3 years and got off that without any help at all just decided one day i was done and haven’t used it in 4 years

It’s a habit. Habits are hard to quit and change. So start a hobby, that when you get the urge, you do that hobby. Or seek counseling, that could be a good option as well.
try to stay away from people that do it,its hard to quit when they do it in front of ya,,take that will power and i know you can do it honey, hang in there,and i wish you the best,,
Just be thankful it’s pot and not something else that you are into. I would say you just need to stay busy, find things that can distract you from it. Hang out with people that don’t smoke and to be able to go to sleep, take some melatonin. It is non-addictive and natural. (same stuff in turkey that makes you sleepy). Also, realize that it is really going to be hard and you will really want to smoke from time to time. If you slip, don’t beat yourself up, just try again. If even cut down you will see how much it changes you and helps. Again, be happy that it isn’t something that could be much worse. Good luck, you can do it.
smoke cigarettes they will b better for you or do something else that you enjoy on a daily basis instead of pot. Pot isnt good for you try to quit and im glad your trying to quit it will fu(k up you so go for you for stopping have a great day!!!:_()

I’ve seen things like nicotine patches in the stores. That is supposed to help with addiction but I’ve never tried it. You could ask around with other people who have stopped
It is good you stopped meth. You obviously have will power which is important. I think finding ways to deal with the pain that leads to the desire to squash it, is the best way. By finding ways to get more detached, see humor in things and not letting them drag you down, you can get a new perspective and overcome the dependency.
