My systolic blood presure currently is 160 and plus when i have to exert myself pjysically in any way. I would like to bring this reading closer to 120 as possible. my diastolic reading is usually 87 – 104. I am a 58 year old female. I’m 5′ 6" tall, I weigh 255 lbs. and I know i need to eat healthier.
